So, down to Earth I came that day
To find and comfort you.
To help in every way I could
Was my intent to do.

But then I saw your smiling face
I look into your eyes
And after spending times with you
I came to realize.

This calling I was given then
Became much more to me
I guarded and watched over you
And did my best, you see.

But also in this heart of mine
I unexpectedly
Found more that just a call to serve
I fell in love with thee

So now I am an Angel that
Has come to help you through
And I cherish every moment that
I have to spend with you.

Your Guardian Angel I will be
For all your days on Earth
And know you are my cherished gift,
A diamond of great worth.
