Her special spirit, born of God,
Brought smiles and joy to earth.
She was her parents pride and joy,
A child of great worth.
And as she grew, the things she learned,
would form who she would be,
And so a lovely lady grew
For all of us to see.
And then she married and became,
A wife and mother too,
And with her values learned from youth,
She'd see each challenge through.
Then as the children leave the nest,
Her thoughts are still of home,
For she has found her happiness,
With no desire to roam.
For she has done all she could do
To be all she can be.
She is a strength within the branch,
That is her family tree.
And now the time has come to her,
Again to graduate.
Her work has been completed here,
Her service has been great.
But yet there is so much to do,
Within her heaven's place.
I'm sure she'll be with angels there,
With God's eternal grace.
She now is free of earthly pains,
Her smile shines down on us,
For she is also with Someone,
Our loving Lord, Jesus.
