Beyond All Doubt

I'll take your slender hand in mine,
And hold it tenderly,
And then we walk out in the woods,
Where no one else will be.

We point out all the lovely things,
That grow and live therein,
Then find a place for blanket and,
For picnic to be begin.

But then I'm captured by your smile,
And color of your hair,
And all at once I catch the scent,
Of perfume in the air.

It's then I lean to kiss your lips,
To feed this love inside,
For I have found it's grown too strong,
No longer can it hide.

And then as you respond to me,
Your love comes shining through,
It's then I know beyond all doubt,
The one I love is you.
